No matter how intellectual and creative some people may be, if they lack Integrity, don’t trust them with your vision, business, relationship. Any man or woman that has a questionable character or lacks Integrity will always disappoint you.
Relationships, leadership, businesses and great organizations have failed and collapsed as a result of putting trust on people that lacks Integrity.
To succeed, make Integrity your watch word and only chose to work with people of Integrity than Intellectual, highly educated, Tongue speaking, but lacks Integrity.
