same, and is with us today, and Jericho, And millions of people will go to be with the Lord without ever passing through the grave, and one question burned in Elisha’s mind as he took up Elijah’s mantle, AND PREPARE ACCORDINGLY, and ready for the task, and ready when the call should come, and seeing God work in supernatural power, and supplied his temporal needs can supply our every need, and the onlookers saw the power of God, and the same God who gracious restored him will deal with us the same way, And there are lots of valuable lessons we can learn from this, and those who gathered on the waters with the mantle, Elisha was Elijah’s successor, Elisha was now commencing his ministry as Elijah’s successor, EVERY SERVANT OF GOD WILL EVENTUALLY REST FROM HIS LABOURS, failing servant will deal just as lovingly and tenderly with us, for God had ten more years of service for him, for God has promised to be our guide even unto death, For the Christian, For the non-Christian, fuller, God, God can and still perform miracles, GOD CAN TAKE AWAY HIS SERVANTS, God is still the same, God said to Elijah, God spoke to Elijah in a still small voice, God told Elijah, God was indeed with They are answered, This is illustrated in Elisha smiting the waters, Three times he asked Elisha to leave him, through God’s power, Throughout his ministry he was surrounded by apostasy, times may change, To help us continue in the spreading of The GOSPEL OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST to every corner of this world, To seek positive evidence that God was with him, too, Uncategorized, United States,
