Planted in the Word Of God

And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that
bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not
wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper
Psalm 1:3

If you are living according to the Word, abiding and delighting in the
Word, you are like a healthy tree planted by rivers of water. God has
fruit He expects you to bring forth in season. There are people He
expects you to help get saved and filled with the Holy Ghost. There are
lives He expects you to touch.

A tree has several parts: roots, trunk, branches, and leaves that keep
it alive, firm, and steady. The roots represent your spirit, and the
branches represent your body. If you are like a tree planted by rivers
of water, you are not going to have a problem spiritually or
physically.

The leaves of a tree represent the outward areas of your life your
money, your family, your job— everything you put your hand on. God says
that once you are successful, you will prosper all the days of your
life.

May the LORD bless Nigeria, American and Israel and take care of us; May the LORD make His face shine upon us, And be gracious to us; May the Lord lift up His countenance upon us, And give us peace, In Jesus Christ Name, we pray! Amen!

  1. Great look into comparing the parts of the tree to the man. However I would add that the only two things that matter in a successful tree is the soil and the roots. If the roots are planted in good soil it will be a good tree given the opportunity for sunlight. How deep and wonderful the word of God truly is. Great post brother.

I totally agree with you; for Us Christians Our Lord & Saviour Jesus Christ is our solid foundation (Soil) on which we stand, and on the Word of God we are firmly planted, while the Holy Spirit nourishes us through our daily encounter with our Master, through the reading the Word Of God and doing God’s Will.

      Thanks Brent!

      Love & Peace!
